OUR STORY
The story of PHC Property Services is a story of adversity, triumph, growth and a lot of hard work. As a senior in college, Brian Leighton originally founded PHC Cleaners, a residential and commercial cleaning company in 2009. With only $600 in his pocket and ambitious drive, Brian along with his great team, built PHC Cleaners into a household name when it came to commercial and residential clients cleaning services. Over the years, PHC Cleaners has grown to where it services clients from from Portland Maine to Omaha Nebraska.
As PHC Cleaners grew and began to develop strong relationships with its clients. The company began to expand its services to better service client needs. From snow removal, to painting, to property management and property maintenance, PHC Cleaners became far more than just a cleaning company. With that said, PHC Property Services was born.
PHC Property Services and PHC Cleaners now work hand in hand providing clients a fully robust property services solution. From cleaning, to maintenance, to management, landscaping and other property needs, PHC has become the trusted brand in providing quality property needs.
